Because some items are produced by different specialty partners, products in the same order may arrive separately and at different times. 

Processing times:

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Typical delivery estimates:

Apparel: 7-14 business days

Drinkware & Home Goods: 5-10 business days

Accessories & Speciality Items: 5-14 business days. 

Multiple Packages:

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
